GBM Instruction is an approved Georgia Real Estate School established to deliver practical education curricula and to promote positive change through education for community partnerships and stakeholders. 

It is our belief that housing relationship gaps can be bridged throughout all housing communities thus realizing the change for which we strive. 

 

Our corporate education is designed to assist supportive housing organizations, to joins arms, so to speak.... in the battle against our housing crisis. Workshops are geared toward housing sustainability; attendees are less likely to face eviction and foreclosure.

Written from the perspective of an Investor, property manager and realtor, this curriculum offers and unique and well-rounded approach to rental and purchase education.
